key and tinsel weekends are one of the most popular tours that Door2Tour offers. Obviously, the itineraries vary from package to package, but here is a quick rundown of what you can expect.
Day 1
We take our turkey and tinsel weekend coach tours to a number of different venues in England, Holland, Wales, Ireland and some other places. On day 1, you are expected to arrive at a decided point, where we gather all the participants, and then take off to our destination. Upon reaching the hotel, we welcome you onboard, and serve you dinner followed by music and dancing. Once the evening has ended, you can go to your rooms and rest the night.
Day 2 – the Christmas Eve Day
During the morning hours, we’ll take you to some of the popular attractions in the area, and often a commercial center from where you can buy gifts and mementos. We then return to the hotel where we have dinner, and then enjoy another evening full of dancing and entertainment.
Day 3 – the Christmas Day
As the name suggests, Day 3 is exactly like you would expect Christmas to be. It begins with a little competition, in which all of you have to guess the cake’s weight. We then have the traditional Christmas lunch and spend some time with Santa who has presents for the little ones. Afterwards, there are games, and towards the end, it is another delicious dinner.
Day 4 – The Boxing Day
This day is only included if your tour is of 5 or 6 days. In the morning, we visit some popular nearby attractions, and then the Grand boxing Lunch in the afternoon. The day ends with dinner and a fancy dress dance.
