The UK air show is one of the most looked forward military events of the year. Here is a list of all the air shows that will take place this year:
April
Aeronca Cotswold Picnic
This is a great day to have picnic at the Oaksey Park Airfield in Wiltshire with your family, while watching the airfield as it gets filled with Aeroncas.
Wings and Wheels 2016
The event will take place at the Old Buckenham Airfield and there is an open invitation for owners of aircraft.
Ladies Day Fly-in
The event will take place on the 30th of April at the Bodmin Airfield and all the ladies are invited to enjoy the aviation procedure.
May
Abingdon Air & Country Show
The show will be displaying things from the military and the civilian world.
The American Air Show
The show will celebrate 100 years of American and British collaboration and will take place at the IWM Duxford, Cambridgeshire.
June
Torbay Airshow
It is organized by the Torbay counciland the event will consist of Torbay’s Armed Forces celebration.
Weston Park Model Air Show
The event will take place at the Weston Park and will put forward a great show with the help of the best models and pilots around.
July
Farnborough International Airshow
This air show takes place every two years and consists of a flying program.
At Home with Shuttleworth Airshow
This will consist of traditional evening air shows and there will be flying throughout the day.
North Weald 100th Anniversary Community Day & Air Display
The event will take place at the North Weald Airfield and will consist of small flying displays.
August
East Kirkby Airshow
The event will take place at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre and is an annual air show, which will be raising funds for Avro Lancaster NX611.
Blackpool Airshow
This will take place at the Tower Festival Headland and is the oldest running air show of UK.
