If you are going for the Thursford Christmas Spectacular coach trips, it is important that you grab the opportunity to learn about the Thursford Collection as well. If you love steam engines and organs, you will fall in love with the Thursford Collection.
In addition to this, you will get to hear Robert Wolfe, who is a world known theatre organist who will weave his magic by playing the mighty Wurlitzer everyday at 12.30pm and 2pm. While you are there, make sure that you go on a Back Stage Tour, ride the gondolas and the carousels and watch silent movies. People who visit the area love to shop in the olde-worlde shopping village and have lunch at the barn. If you are travelling with children, you will be pleased to know that they have a great play area that caters to children from all age groups.
