The play is set during the formative days of World War 2, and follows a young boy who is evacuated to an English countryside and forms a lasting bond with an older man Mr Tom. The heart warming relationship and the challenges from which the young William Beech escapes really makes this one of the must-see show events of 2016.
Funny Girl
Venue: Savoy Theatre, Strand, London
Funny Girl stars the multi award winning Sheridan Smith. This musical classic tells the story of one Fanny Brice played by Smith, whose vocal talent helps her rise all the way to a mega star of Broadway. This bold new production features some of the most iconic songs in both film and theatre such as “Don’t rain on my parade” and “People”. The Spanish Riding School of Vienna

The Spanish Riding School is over 450 years old and specialises in the art of Haute Ecole or classical horsemanship. The art involves the study of the movements of a horse, which is then used to train them systematically. The result, a dramatic and stunning display of balance and harmony which is awe inspiring to say the least. Up to seventy horses perform at the show, which is known for its incredibly high standards, making it the watermark of excellence in horsemanship. To celebrate their 450th anniversary, the Spanish Riding School of Vienna is scheduled to perform six times in November 2016.
