The Belgian Grand Prix is all set to take place on Sunday, August 27, from 2 pm onwards. Are you looking around for the best grand prix packages? It all comes down to the tickets and costs. Here is some information that would really help you out.
General Admission
Tickets for the General Admission start around £121 and £144, for a Sunday only and 3-day pass respectively. If your budget is higher, you can get it upgraded to get access to the young motorsport area.
Grandstands
Grandstands can be divided into silver and Gold. The Gold grandstands are located along the La Source corner and the starting line. They start from £300 for the weekends. The view is, of course, fantastic.
If you want access to a sheltered grandstand, then tickets start from £263.
Silver
The silver tickets are available from £219. Though the view is good, it is not the same as the one from the Gold Grandstands.
The VIP Tickets
The VIP tickets start around £641 and can go over £4000. VIP stands are divided into Gold: 5 Radillon, Mezzanine, Red Bull Racing Paddock Club, Formula One Paddock Club and VIP Gold 1. Gold: 5 Radillon is the only three day pass and the most affordable of VIP tickets. The rest are Saturday-Sunday passes; Red Bull Racing Paddock Club is the most expensive.
Children’s Tickets
You can get discounted tickets for children, if their age is less than 15 years. If your child is below 5 years, then entry is free, but they will have to sit on your lap unless you purchase a separate ticket for them.
Pit Walk
If you have an all weekend ticket, you can enjoy a free walk on the pit on Thursday afternoon. You don’t have to book beforehand.
